Working With Us

We offer hourly rates based upon the scope of the project and project size.  We also engage in quote-based projects when the deliverables have been clearly and completely defined.  If you need help developing a scope of work, we require a down payment of $100 to open a ticket to invoice the time for creating the deliverables list to.

For hourly projects we will provide an estimate of the total time required for the project (say 4-6 hours).  We require a down-payment equal to one half of the lower estimate (half of 4 is 2, down-payment of 2hrs x $ rate) to official begin a project.  Client will be billed any remainder of the actual hours worked up to the upper estimate upon completion.  Invoices for hourly projects are due upon receipt as the services have been rendered entirely.  Long-term hourly projects may require progress payments equal to the time actually worked each week.

For our current projects we provide an online project space for all communication, tracking of milestones and deliverables status.
